Interactive workshops, suitable for any size group. Each is designed to deliver practical solutions using the Missing Playbook™ mentorship philosophy, based upon the organization’s needs. These workshops are HPM’s “advanced level” offering. They provide custom mental strength and conditioning applications in more detail than seminars or sessions. HPM offers three distinct group mentorships:
• 1-day (3-5 hrs) – Provides detailed training on the Pre-game module (only), covering Unpacking and Purpose |Vision | Goals (or PVG). Learn to address past and current group challenges through unpacking. Develop better communication skills to positively affect the group dynamic. Then document and reinforce your future, using your group’s Vision Board and custom Goal Cards. This workshop is a great way for any organization to define the direction and purpose for individuals, departments and/or programs.
• 3-day (2-3 hrs per day) – Provides a sub-surface exposure to the entire Missing Playbook™, using the handy tools provided in the MP Workbook – Character Building Assessment, Goal Card, EI Journal, Opponent Solutionizer and the 7-Discipline Identifier.
• 5-day (2-3 hrs per day) – Provides a deep-dive exposure to the entire Missing Playbook™, using the handy tools provided in the MP Workbook – Character Building Assessment, Goal Card, EI Journal, Opponent Solutionizer and the 7-Discipline Identifier, as well as limited practical exercises.
